Person wanted to return a cheap plastic hose sprayer nozzle because it leaks. They bought it a year ago. No receipt. No package. We stopped selling that brand for quite some time.
I simply asked "Well, at least you got a good year out of it!"
They replied they expected it to last more than a year.

I asked for their receipt. Do you expect me to keep a receipt for a nozzle for a year? Okay.. well do you have the tag it came with for the barcode? It's BEEN a YEAR. I don't have that.
