Priority goes to the ones that are missing is what I'm saying, not including the ones in poor quality. If someone has the money to buy them all from itunes then they can do so. But there's the fact of drm, so you'll need a ripper that removes it.
Also I don't think these are even in danger of being removed since itunes likes to keep hold of a bunch of shows obscure and rare.

I just figured out the best way to find old cartoons you watched when you were a kid.
basically you go onto google and type in your country's name and kids shows. for example "australia kids shows" then ctrl click every show that you recognize. then go to each of those tabs and click on show more next to "people also search for" and then click all the shows you recognize that come up. and then you will have a bunch of google tabs with all the shows in them.
I got a list of over 20 shows I had forgotten.

Itunes drm removal is a tricky thing. Dunno if there has been any new way recently but the only way to get a lossless file w/o drm was to use an specific version of itunes, 10.5.3 I think, and a java program called 'requiem'. You need a computer authorized to play the purchased file and download it using that particular version of itunes and then run it throught the correct version of requiem to strip the drm off. This however wasn't a straightforward process... it was more trial an error with different versions.
All the other commercial "itunes drm remover" programs use the screen capture and re-encode method which produce lossy files.
