Wrightfag here with another preview for Velvet Fist - Act III and a question relevant to the series so far.

My question is, for those who have read it, am I including too much of the rest of the family/not giving enough spotlight to the focus characters? The focus is meant to be on Leni, followed by Lori and Lincoln in particular, but I feel that a lot of the events going on with the other 8 kids are important to events coming later in the story. Plus, I wanted to juxtapose a lighter side of things to the drama that's going to ramp up starting in this next part. This scene, for example, is going to set up a lot of conflicts in the story, I'm just hoping it's not drawing too much attention away from the original premise.
