Usually whales smell like fish because that's all that they eat. NO idea if Orca would go for the all sushi diet or would still keep a taste for cooked foods
Killer whales are usually a little bit rubbery and smooth to the touch, due to the blubber they need to survive, as opposed to gray whales which have much more bumpy skin

What you have is already good to go on a starting point for Orca's Arc, however just...

Simply put, Orca's a strong-fat character that has more thickness in place of less muscle due to her current standing of being a thick, curved Whale in her base form. Muscles can be shown, just not as much to out weigh her mostly voluptuous, thick figure. And if you do her being a giantess up to 3 times her size and can maybe tank small arms fire for a time
,know that that form can only hold for so long with her; less so without water. In a nutshell, focus on what makes her stand out more as a character in body and personality of that standing to make her more than ordinary while being strong and buxom in her best forms
