Freya/burmecian thread. It's been a while. Post pics, fanfics, argue about the vague story behind Fratley and how many survived.
Guess I'll post my stuff.
>>3710623
and, technically I think these are the only two I have of Freya or Fratley, though I've been drawing burmecian characters for years... though I guess they wouldn't really be Burmecians since burmecians would be anyone coming from the actual city of Burmecia. Like, New Yorkers or Parisians.
>>3710723
Yeah. It's weird that burmecians and cleyrans never got a name for their race. Especially since "rat" is like a slur. I usually stick with nezumi. Why dont you post a few oc burmecians? This thread is kinda anemic right now anyway.
>>3710723
could drop one or two of my own here, just to see if anyone enjoys em
>>3711850
Where is she swimming? Looks to me like a burmecian sewer or waterway.
>>3711764
Call my OC's Verhimen, developing a sort of setting for them, but they're totally just Burmecians/Cleyans with the numbers filed off.
>>3711877
When her family went all 'night of the long knives' on a pushy dragon sorcerer and retinue that was trying to install itself as their ruler a couple generations back a good portion of the lower tunnels were flooded.
She's an albino so it's unhealthy for her too get too much sun so a lot of her exercise and freedom is swimming and exploring in those flooded sections.
>>3712279
Oh like vermin. Clever. What do you mean by the numbers filed off?
Christ trash moves fast nowadays.
>>3714400
It's a phrase where I live, means removing the identifying numbers/marks on a device. Like how the Japanese 'desanctified' their Aristaka rifles before capture, by grinding off the ID and Imperial Seal, criminals and VIN numbers on cars, or illegal weapons.
>>3715560
Ah that makes sense. I thought it was a population thing. Like they were even more genocided than regular burmecians. Do you have like stories or anything with them?
>>3716567
>Do you have like stories or anything with them?
This picture, and the picture you replied to are literally the same character and part of the same numbered series of pictures, the same story. So, yeah I guess you could say I've been doing that, it's taken years to progress from 'this' shit...
>>3719906
To this.
Holy shit a best girl thread, its been ages!
>>3721307
Dragoon Knight of /trash/ returns!
300 Mithril saved so far lads.
It will be mine, oh yes.
It will be mine.
It's been far too long
>>3701331
>argue about the vague story behind Fratley
Fratley is bi but prefers guys and left for some time away with Puck and a few other men, it's only the fact that Burmecia was attacked that brought him back to Freya so he has to make up the amnesia bullshit so she doesn't completely break and give up.
He 'loves' Freya at the end as she is devoted to a fault and does anything for him, not unlike a willing slave, Fratley keeps Freya like a pet.
Freya, sadly, is happy only because Fratley is happy, dedicated and loyal as always.
>>3721477
I burned 200 trying to get her Partisan during the last FFIX event and ends up with Steiners Ultima sword twice, which was good and Garnets Staff 3 fucking times.
I just want unique stuff for Freya as Reis's wind is poor
>>3721477
I'm at 430. The one website says the event is August 6, so I hope to have at least 500 by then. If I get really lucky, I can get five of them. Then I can make the freya force.
>>3721843
I spent too much trying to get the advent children sword prior to the freya event. I think I dropped like 250 on the Vii event and 200 on the ix one. The bummer was that I didn't get either, but I got a ton of ffvii sb weapons and Jack shit for ffix.
>>3721679
Puck's sweet little rat boy ass with Freya as a little pet. What a life.
Best Burmecian
>>3726800
I love cutesy freya pics.
Has anyone heard of Final Fantasy Brave Exvius? Freya's gonna be in that as well. I'm hoping against hope it does something neat with her.
>>3727105
She is?
Anyone have more details? Nothing on the wiki for the game or her.
>>3727633
Oh wait, is she just a card? That's kinda weak.
Most of my clients are huge Burmecianfags...
>>3728146
Haha, funny you mention that. I've actually been working on that. Sorry man it's been taking so long... this whole thing with my father has worn me down.
Hell a friend of mine even got me FFIX HD so I have some really good reference stuff now
Back up you go, babe.
/trash/ is moving faster and faster..
Up you go.
It occurs to me that this thread probably has the highest ratio of clothed/nudes on the board.
>>3749670
The problem is we don't really know what she looks like under all those bulky clothes ;__;
>>3749670
Don't know if this exactly qualifies as clothed or nude,
>>3750014
But we do
>>3728064
hello numbers
do you still work on those 10000 x 10000 canvases
>>3750399
Wow I don't even use that name no more since there's no point as everyone knows who I am in the furry biz.
And I guess? 4000x4000 is what I usually use.
>>3750014
Yeah, there seems to be a lot of dissent as to if she is flat or has large tits (in some part because I suspect a lot of artists have problems making sexy without the beeg titties.) Sorta prefer my Freya more athletic looking though, like a tennis player or dancer.
>>3750059
Hah, really should try drawing one of those dancer costumes sometime.
Hell I need to give them baggier pants anyhow, early on I had this tendency to draw their trousers too 'human looking'. Reckon that doesn't make much sense when a major species trait is having enormous muscled thighs.Anyhow, have a not flat rat.
>>3750523
Hey post that slavic, cheeki breeki Burmie you drew once.
>>3751210
This one?
>>3751318
That's the one, yes.
At the very least, she'd have to have amazing legs and thighs from all that jumping.
>>3750014
We all know what she wears under that coat.
:3c
>>3750014
Small, athletic chest and body, amazing hips, muscular thighs and legs.
Unf.
Saving bump
DAMMIT TRASH YOU ARE TOO FAST.
>>3753139
>>3763514
We know you love it.
;)
>>3763514
I have my own fetishes, thanks. :^)
>>3763881
This one is better.
Could we post some Fratley, or other male Burmecians in general?
>>3766478
Of course.
>>3766478
Source? I'm kind of curious of the story behind modern cop fratley.
>>3766478
Can do
>>3730168
Holy shit; is there more from this artist?
>Pic included as to not shit up the thread
>>3766478
>>3769889
Artist is Sindoll and yes, he has done a few.
>>3778744
That's cute as fuck! Never seen it before.
>>3779670
Freya is always cute.
>>3797707
That was already here.
So Final Fantasy Brave Exvius is out, anything about our favorite Burmecian Dragoon?
>>3800179
I don't think she's available at launch. And you'd have to get lucky enough to get her as a roll when she does get in.
>>3804847
I find the potbelly cute.
It'd be perfect for cuddling.
>>3807355
She'd be perfect for a Great Mouse Detective story revolving searching for Fratley.
Not that she isn't perfect already, of course.
I love Freya a lot, but I was disappointed in FF9
>>3807443
All Japanese games are shit.
FF games have been shit for a long time now
This: >>3721843
Then this: >>3721498
I just discovered my greatest fetish: some sorrowful self-deprecation, then absolute joy.
>>3807443
It needed another year or two in the oven but was pushed through because it was the last major FF before the PS2 era.
After replaying 7-9 again I found 9 the shortest for certain.
>>3807443
>>3809467
This is always a weird one for me. because honestly, since i love the burmecians, I actively fucking despise ff9 as a whole.
And that always sort of compounded with how threadbare it felt compared to ff7 or dq7.
>>3816662
FF9 ran into development issues because of Spirits Within and had to cut sidequests to git 'er done.
Including the subplot where fratley gets his memory back.
>>3816698
People say that a lot, and it's sound logic if nothing else. But did anyone in square ever actually say that?
>>3816916
It was mentioned in some interviews and things.
I don't have sources because this is twelve year old video game news.
>>3817066
Yeah. Maybe youre right. But I feel like I would have read something of this at one point or another. If not time or money, it just as likely could have been space issues that hurt it. ff8 had similar problems with it's world as well.
>>3818610
I love this picture. I don't know why.
>>3824758
Gotta be careful around those foxes.
>>3825053
How come Freya doesn't have one of these yet?
>>3829755
I started to make one, but I dropped it halfway.
>>3834633
Always a warming feeling when someone posts something you have made.
>>3829856
Why didn't you do it for her?
