Weiss is going to be a CEO and Jaune basically entered the scene with a litany of crimes behind his back and a burning desire to be a warlord.
As accommodating as he could be, realistically a life with Weiss is a life of imprisonment within the corporate sector. Even if Weiss puts him in as her head of security he's probably going to be far away from anything resembling action, just micromanaging occasional excursions into the badlands.

In pretty much everytime she opens her mouth about her motivations.
SDC barring something pretty earth shattering is going to be a big part of her future.
As they are now and as they seem to be developing Weiss still wants to change the SDC and nothing so far really has happened that might change that beyond taking the time to down Cinder and Jaune is probably going to want Salems head on a platter and want to be there so people won't fuck up considering he's the only guy around with any sense in his head.
She's still probably going to end up corporate and Jaune probably is still going to be doing something heroic and the two lifestyles don't mesh well unless one gives up a lot.

Alright, let's say that Weiss does indeed decide taking over the company is something she has to do. By the time she's taken it over we have to imagine that Salem has been taken care of which means the White Fang probably has as well, unless you imagine she drops helping RBYJNR in their quest to do so.
Jaune has expressed his desire to be a hero/help people, but being a hero doesn't mean traveling all over Remnant to get stuck in all the problems that arise. He can do just as much helping the SDC, he could even take an important role like being the Headmaster of an academy or an officer in the military. Lots of options for living up to his legacy that don't involve being a near vagabond like Qrow.
