morality is bound to emotion. The entire idea beyond morally right and morally wrong is that "morally right" grants you pleasure, and "morally wrong" grants you pain. But, rather, it is what constitutes inherent pleasure, and what constitutes inherent pain.
Most things are in practice metaphor for us. As your art, it serves as a means to represent emotions in ourselves. It is not that our emotion is literally bound to your art it is that your art is a reminder of who we are, and in indulging in it we indulge in our pleasure, which is good.
The entire purpose of morality is to objectively maximize pleasure and minimize pain, universally, by reducing emotion to a science. It is not that anyone has to do anything for anyone else; it is that for most of us our coping with life can be reduced to merely weighing our memory, so to speak, so our lives can be of a certain necessary evil to accomplish an ultimate goal we want.
Creating art, consuming art... it is all metaphor...The idea is just to know who one is, and indulge in that... the only goal in our lives is our own comfort, because our human lives are bound to our human understanding of morality, and our comfort is seen as good, while our pain is seem as bad. Nothing else matters.
So when I say that your making your request we spoke of is not philosophically any worse than your not making your request we spoke of, i only mean, speech is all metaphor, anyway; it is not inherently binding to anything. We use it as a means to convey thought; to express ourselves. No form of expression is intrinsically wrong as distinguished from other forms of expression through the same medium which aren't; the very notion is impossible. But, when not seen as metaphor, and is instead seen as necessary evil to achieve a goal in morality, obviously morality comes into play..
