I know, I just couldn't think of a clear description for the perspective of something hitting relativistic speeds whilst having no reference point...since the way the IS works, she's effectively occupying every point in space in the strip simultaneously.

Sorry if that ending was a bit weird/pretentious/anti-climactic. I kind of wanted to try a different tack for the side-story. The main story shouldn't be quite like that, but I felt the need to expand upon the relationship between Inaba and Chester without giving away too much.
And I've probably made it way more confusing than it was before, come to think of it. Hopefully it was still entertaining.
Next time will finally be continuing the mainline, and the character's interactions might actually start making some sense...probably.
