The location where MEGA stores downloads is apparently too full of crap already. I don't use Google Chrome, but Reddit says look under here:
c:\Users[username]\AppData\local\google\chrome\user data\default\file system\005\p\00
If not, it is definitely an issue with the temporary folder which MEGA saves download data to being too full. Find it, wherever it is and clean out all the crap.

In any case, it's definitely possible. What you'd want to do is to add a new type of nipple, instead of directly editing each furry skin.
If you can give me a texture file you want to use, I can pack it into a nice little .mod for you, but otherwise I have some things I want to model before doing anything else.

I don't know how nipples are coded to behave in this game but I don't think that adding the extra nipples down the torso would work, especially regarding movement.
A big titted maid with extra nips moving all over her body as her jugs sway would be hilarious.
Extra nipples as tattoo would be the best bet compromise now that I think about it.
But as I understood it you had trouble with the number of tattoo slots with your succubus so you had to get rid of the pussy patch.
Somebody with 3D skills might even get stiff multibreasts with volume that move with the body. Simply as bellybutton piercing, but only for the standard fur colors.
Disclaimer: I'm certainly not a coder and my knowledge of game engine logic is marginal.

Tattoos use the same UV map as the skin, so all you'd need to do is make a new layer and decide where you want the extra nips to go.
As for the issue of multiple tattoos, I actually ended up fusing the tattoos together through some texture editing. There's a slight drop in quality because the pussy is at a lower resolution, but otherwise it works.
To my knowledge, the raw .tex files themselves are not editable, as I just convert them to .png with the modding tools I've listed in my pastebin.
Multinip V0.1 was a success insofar that my theory about just editing the texture worked.
I used the CM3D2 Mod tool and gimp.
I was fully expecting the distortion and bad placement, this was just a proof of concept thing.
