Don't drop it all at once because it's really, painfully expositiony, unless a character is specifically looking for things like that. If someone comes out to show someone a new outfit or something, for example, then it's alright because it's new to both the reader and the character. Otherwise, leave a trail of bread crumbs through the narration.

Don't be afraid of giving a little information in their intro, though. People usually overdo it with "This was X, a so and so with grey fur at yay tall wearing blah blah blah" but you can drop basic info at the start, color of eyes/fur, shit like that, but then you can start "sneaking" details in.

You've got a lot of good places to start, I think. Could fall back on Nick knowing everybody; maybe he knows some of the patrons or whoever's working the bar. Maybe Jude is interested in all the pred/prey accessories and of course Nick knows what those are all about, giving some flirty examples as he explains. This line feels like Nick doesn't really have a comeback, and could easily be changed to sort of keep up the "pressure" that Nick's been applying since chapter one. Something like "Now there's an idea. Keep it in mind," or something along those lines.
Jude seems a little wordy despite being flustered for a lot of this.

is a bit of a mouthful for someone who's so surprised. You could easily shorten it to something like "A--A spare? You PLANNED this?"
In the later line about Nick having the spare stashed in the right room, I feel there's room here for Jude to sort of realize that this isn't just some whim of Nick's. He put effort into this, and for a dude who just sort of came out of the closet there's some room, I think, for him to sort of begin to understand that Nick is legitimately into him if he went to all this trouble. Play up the detective side of it, maybe, kinda putting the pieces together. "Riling me up all day...chasing me around the office...getting me into a room with a spare..."
The lines where Jude's talking about what they've gotta do before they head out feels more like you're explaining it to me than Jude explaining it to Nick. Consider changing it to more of an affirmation/reminder than an explanation. Something like "I'll assume you're fine with us splitting up to log out. We still need to check in with the Chief about the Vita Coco case then we're free. West exit?"
The line about what's in the baggie feels weirdly...specifically vague, I guess? Like he's dropping hints for Clawhauser but if all he's trying to do is embarrass Jude he can gloss over it a bit more. "A memento of me coming out ahead, that's all." or something. I get the impression that he's enjoying keeping the pressure up on Jude even if he lightens up now that he's gotten Jude's rocks off.
These are just sort of personal suggestions, really.

VR is a nice guy, and not it the classic meaning of "nice guy," I mean that he is just legitimately nice and thoughtful. He may ot be entirely comfortable with all the aspects of the relationship, but Cutie wants it to work and would probably open up more to him. Their relationship would be mostly romantic in nature, which I personally feel would throw Cutie for something of a loop, and also only serves to show all the best qualities of VR Bun.
