Sorry, I was taking some liberties with the protagonist, since I was trying to get the basic establishing details cleared before writing the character. Which is kind of why I restricted their senses. I'll try and give more options and coherent personality from now on.

Sorry, forgot to address this.
HMC (as far as I've thought of it so far) primarily covers your character's 'programming'. Theoretically you should be able to pass the Turing Test without issue, but you might have certain behavioural tells that give you away (not unlike Penny). It can basically affect the way people treat you. I kind of wanted some kind of Charisma stat, but I figured that on it's own would be kind of dull, so that's what I came up with instead.
It might impact your physical appearance depending on how you want to spec your exterior design (e.g., getting massive armory arms like in >>3464345 might prove very difficult to have whilst remaining convincingly human)
But all that is something to consider for next time...
