A question I've stopped trying to answer long ago. As for why it's my favorite compared to the 'norm', I dunno. I figure it has to do with cuteness (considering how cartoons usually sweeten up any subject) and exaggerated expressions, effects and poses. I also just prefer the symbolism of like, cartoonlike watermelon shapes in pants (or waterfalls if we're talking wetting) rather than graphic-ass actual feces and urine (which are often drawn much more realistically than the target character, screwing up the consistency).
What I think is the bigger issue is moreso the people that do 'normal' soiling/messing stuff. I have and do sometimes enjoy it, but I feel like most people do the same, boring thing over and over again.

Because I understand where you're coming from with this way of thinking and what you're asking.
The thing is that what you're looking for, is actually fairly advanced stuff, even if it doesn't necessarily feel like it.
Getting the story and expressions of the characters right, first requires a good enough knowledge of how to draw the basic things properly.
After the artist has that apsect down, then they need to go and start studying how the exaggeration works.
Understanding motion, weight, expressions etc..
Studying how the old greats did it, Warner Bros people. Tex Avery, Bob Clampett etc.. and that takes some real effort to understand.
Then you need to understand story for that stuff to work well.

No, you're onto something way bigger here.
The entire art community has this problem, right up to the highest level of technical skill.
Even people who are able to produce professional level stuff for gaming studios and such, often seriously fuck up the story and context aspect and the picture ends up looking like a boring mess.
But unless you're aware of this, you're not going to consciously see it.
For many people, those high level pictures are wonderful due to the technical skill, but I often see them for what they are.
A boring model posing for the viewer and I hate that shit.
One reason why Frank Frazetta is so well liked by people.
He really nailed the story aspect and I'd say that his pictures often look like stills taken from motion.
There's a story and motion there, not just someone posing and holding a weapon.
Since you're one of the people who's actually aware of this, I recommend that you pick up a pen and start drawing yourself.

Oh I have, I drew pic related, the earlier post's picture and the one in the OC thread. I'm really glad you say this though because I thought I was alone here, being able to see that just technical skill isn't really enough to make things interesting. I'll say I draw 'normal' stuff too but fetish art really does take up most of my time, It seems most people who know me take what I'm saying here as a rant and ignore me, and I'm afraid to talk to new people because of my very radical art ideals and such.
I'll agree that indeed true, good cartooning like the pros did really is advanced. And I do love me some cartooning, but yeah, even if it's not a cartoon, people with more straight laced styles and whatnot still tend to be on the boring side. It's like the artist just willed the situation onto the page instead of me looking into a world they've created. After a certain point it really does feel like just lines on a page or digital canvas.
Also as I said earlier, it sucks when this problem is backwards. Lots of artists who are decent-to-great idea guys who just never want to improve when it comes to art. People have suggested I'm harassing them to improve and that they should take it at their own pace--which I do believe in, people should practice at their own pace. But most people I talk to, their 'own pace' is not practicing at all.
