I honestly really like it.
Whenever you see these good looking, physically strong characters they're either one of two things.
Total assholes or badass, honorable, likeable warriors that are worthy of emulation.
With Pyrrha, she's a master of 1v1 combat, yet outside of her comfort zone she's a scared, damaged little girl. She clings to her huntress destiny shit because she knows it's the only thing she'd ever be good at. She craves a normal life where she gets to be a normal female doing normal female shit with some girlfriends and a good man at her side, but she knows that she'd most likely suck at it.
I like her better the way she is. Flawed and painfully so, instead of some Amazonian battle goddess who's perfect in every way.
And if they bring her back, I hope they continue that trend with her, giving her room to grow and evolve.
I hope the same for all the RWBY's too.
Of course, I don't hold my breath for solid character development.
