For year one day one, I'd say Mari gets a 55%, while Rufus would get around 75%. Laurel during her first year would have about a 20% chance. All this is due to the fighting styles of the characters, less so than actual power levels.

Furca might have a decent chance, but with one arm could be difficult for him.
Holtum, he might tank some hits in with his Iron Flesh semblance, but his shotgun boots would make quick work of this.
