If YOU wouldn't be comfortable with someone within that time, that's fine, but saying "that's not casual, comfortable sex" is really laying out a lot.

I'm not here to tell you you have to enjoy the comic or that you aren't allowed to think Judy's acting like a slut
but just some points of clarification for the record:
1. Judy moved into the apartments much earlier in this comic (I guess "AU"?) and still had until the next week before she started at the precinct.
2. She'd therefore been living there for some time, and was not a stranger to her neighbors (we see at the very least that she has interacted with them before, that they are on somewhat familiar terms, and that they know each other's names)
3. She takes a couple days before returning with her answer in the ending where she agrees to try it, so it's not like they talked her into it right away
and the one I think most people gloss over
4. When she comes back with a positive response, she isn't necessarily going in there to get Eiffel Towered right off the bat
She could just be testing the waters
She returned, yes, but I'm sure once she's inside and the door's closed they'll get comfortable (Bucky was already going to bring her a drink) and start discussing boundaries, what's on the table and what's not, how far she's willing to go, what she wants out of all this, etc
For all we know, all that happened that day was some three way cuddling or even kissing, fully clothed. She might afterwards have gone on and off for weeks, slowly building up to more and more, before there was any genital contact whatsoever
