The dragon form has never been satisfactory in any of the games. In 1 they're kinda cute but still odd and fuzzy, and generally pretty weak. 2 they're nothing but armor but actually probably the most useful of the forms. In 3 they have great faces but look sickly.
Really wish they could've just given innate defenses similar to armor while still being naked, and not make the skills so costly AND ineffective. They're mostly for laughs. Weirdly enough the unarmed attack in 1 is probably the best thing they ever had at the time. Quite dull, and looks more like gentle pawing than clawing. Oh well.
