Yes. That's actually mentioned in the bit of text between steps 6 and 7 that the original post didn't transcribe. You mix some of the both doughs together and adjust it until it's how you want it. It doesn't give a specific ratio.

It's a game where you control a bounty hunter who controls a robot that mostly lifts and throws things. It has small sections where it can fly and fish. The flying section has a pretty nice racing minigame. The combat is repetitive and wining depends mostly on how fast can you mash the A button to lift enemies and throw them.
The story is above average mostly thanks to the world which was very well crafted. The characters aren't very deep but gradually become a bit more complex. There's lots of side characters. Honestly it's mostly worth it for the world-building and nice visuals that could give Squaresoft a run for their money. The music is good enough though only a few pieces are truly memorable.
Also the creators are huge fucking furries if it wasn't apparent already, so expect lots of distractingly cute or sexy female characters. And gratuitous French.

First thing I did was convert all the metric values (With as little rounding as possible; for some ingredients this meant eyeballing it between two lines.). The tricky part here was changing the conversion for each ingredient since we’re changing between mass and weight (e.g. butter and sugar have different conversion rates)
For the wet mix, I used:
5 tbsp Butter
¼ cup Sugar
1 Egg
Dash of Vanilla Extract
For the plain dough:
.52 cup Flour
For the chocolate dough:
2.71 tbsp (or .17 cup) Cocoa Powder
3/8 cup flour
Now for the instructions:
In the rough translation, the first two steps refer to mixing butter and the incremental addition of sugar. This is referring to “creaming the butter and the sugar”. A common process in baking that dissolves the sugar into the butter and incorporates air – creating a light and smooth mixture. Next mix in the egg; then mix in the vanilla extract.
After making the wet mix, split the mixture in half
Preparing the dry ingredients is simple. The plain dough uses only flour while the chocolate mix uses the flour and cocoa sifted together (make sure it’s a uniform color. If it looks too light, don’t worry it gets really dark really fast when the wet mix is added).
In separate bowls, prepare each wad of dough, when they are fully mixed, wrap each piece individually and place it in the fridge for 30 minutes to 2 hours to set.

Once that’s ready, remove the dough and begin to roll out the plain dough. From there I cut out the face section. Mix a very small amount of the chocolate dough into a portion of the plain dough. You can always add more if you need to get the right color. I checked the color by using the black and white setting on my phone (Tonal, for iPhone users) to compare with the original picture. Roll out the [spoiler]hybrid[/spoiler] dough and cut out the hair. I imagine this would have been easier to do with a clearer picture of the left page since it contains a cell with the hair on its own. For the ears I used chocolate and plain dough cut into isosceles triangles. For the earrings I used flat discs of chocolate dough.
The facial features were tricky. I made small indentations in the face where the eyes and nose would go (these piece I formed against my knife because I needed flat surface perpendicular to the table). I gently pressed the tip of the knife into the dough to make a divot that would carry the cheek stripes. Lastly, the eyebrows and mouth were thinly rolled pieces that I formed against the knife.
When you’re ready, place the cookie on a parchment sheet and place it in a 320 F Degree oven for about 15-20 minutes.
