I'd say it's right up there with the most complex ones.
Because it can grow from something that's totally sexual, almost being like a rape fantasy with the unwillingness and the struggle of the situation.
Or it can be a very clean thing that's all about becoming something else and experiencing new things in a new body.
Then again it can be becoming nothing at all, starting from a new personality that remembers nothing about your life that happened before the TF.
For me it's purely sexual and if it happens via something like magic,curse etc.. that's out of the control of the target and causes a shock and the victim is unwilling, for example TGTF, then it's the best.
Because you have no control in that situation.
You're basically a prisoner of your own body and you can't escape it no matter what you do.
Only whoever is responsible can free you from that and if there's no one to do that, so if it was via a botched wish or a cursed object, then you're stuck like that.
Not to mention all of the new sensations of for example having huge lactating tits are pretty interesting.
For some people this does nothing and they just prefer becoming wolves or cows.
For me that stuff does absolutely nothing.

Funny, that's something that I've seen a lot of tf artists mention. BSB, Angrboda, Tharakos, and Abe_e_seedy all have said that the best tf for them is when the victim is enjoying themselves. I do love that podcast, but I do find it takes a while for me to get through an episode, just because I can't listen in headphones at work (like the rest of my podcasts) without my coworkers seeing my face blushing the brightest of red.
There is another TF podcast "changing times" but I listened to the first episode and they were saying about how "TF is reliant on pain and cannot work without it" and I turned it off and unsubscribed. It seemed the host didn't believe in other ways to enjoy the fetish and it was a rather badly made show in general.
It would be awesome if there was more of a community of "enjoyment TF" or whatever, but there do seem to be a couple artists who make it (angrboda and Abe certainly. I loved their latest book!) but they are either kind of slow (angrboda) or really poor quality (arania).

FWIW Arania is really nice in my experience and I think she fills a niche not many people could (god knows I can't do 50 page sequences). I guess it's a taste thing- whether any given person would rather have a ton of art or less, more polished art. I definitely prefer the latter but I can understand people who go for the former instead.

Now he's gotten better, but there's some quality about the faces and snouts that doesn't quite work for me.

I've noticed that this happens very often, especially with very shitty artists.

Oh wow, a response from angrboda! The book was amazing, I bought it as soon as I saw it, it hit a tonne of themes I love.
And yeah, the speed is nothing to worry about, it is certainly to be expected when you have such a polished style and a job to work around.
I don't know about preferring one Apr instead of the other, I tend to enjoy both your stuff and arania's, they tend to fill different desires, although the combination of your art with abe's storytelling does give a brilliant balance of length and quality. (well, actually it pretty much maxes out quality) which more than "compensates" for the shorter art sequences. Although, heck, looking at it, there's 11 images in sequence, which would be a decent length even without the story... So together they pretty much max out both quality and length I suppose!
In summary: I super admire your work, abe's work and the podcast.
