They're about $20 each brand new and Amazon's shipping's for these is usually about $15 to the states. I don't know if you can combine shipping if you're buying all three together, though, since you're not buying them directly from Amazon.
Alice Books lets you easily combine shipping, but they only have 1 and 2. There's also Kemono Magazine 1 and 2, which are basically Kemono Books 4 and 5 besides the name change, and Amazon and Alice Books have those, too.

More or less. You can try Gamestop's site and see if a store close by has a used copy since they only sell it for like $15 or whatever but A: The game is legitimately rare and not many stores will have it and B: On the off chance that a store does have it the game is 99% guaranteed to be a loose cartridge since the majority of Gamestops toss out all DS cases these days. But besides getting lucky through Gamestop, yeah, getting it online is pretty much your only option besides pirating it. Its value on eBay kind of fluctuates. Goes from anywhere between 40-80 complete and about 20-40 loose. Oddly enough the only ones on eBay now are a loose cartridge some idiot's offering for $80, a sort-of-complete (standard case and manual, but not the big box with the soundtrack) for $130, and two brand new ones for $165. And the lowest Amazon's got it for is $80, and loose too. These are ridiculous prices on all accounts, in my opinion. Christ, $80 can get you the Japanese collector's edition for crying out loud.

It looks like just a normal cookie recipe. You make a plain dough and a chocolate dough, and then cut them according to the pattern to make your adorable cookies.
The ingredients list, if I'm reading it right, is:
Butter - 70g (room temperature)
Sugar - 50g
Eggs - 1/2 (Beaten, room temperature)
Vanilla Oil - A small amount
*or Vanilla Essence
Plain Dough
Flour - 65g (Sifted)
Chocolate Dough
Cocoa - 20g
Flour - 45g

It's an older doujin that just hasn't been scanned (which is upsetting because I'd really like it to be scanned or camera'd or something wink wink nudge nudge). One of the first I recall seeing like around 2011 or 2012 or so. Most doujins only get really short printings and get really tough to find (at least import-wise) after their initial run.
I'm 99% positive somebody else on /v/ has that doujin too. A namefag that went by GF, if I remember right. And I'm pretty sure that guy isn't GF.

Pandemonium wizard village.
It's an online kemono manga (finished, which is actually a feat for a webcomic).
The artstyle is really unique, it's not really long to read (2 mangas volumes) and there's a lot of emotions. If you like furry/kemono characters and are disapointed by the lack of quality content check it out, you can read it on any manga sites on the net
