That's what I was thinking as well. The idea of multi-melee form weapons like Qrow's seem designed to negate the need for that, like the concept of transforming weapons in general. I was thinking of giving someone a Bloodborne-style layout, gun in one hand and transforming weapon in the other. My impression of the soundtrack has always been that the views expressed in them are canon, the songs themselves aren't (so you don't have to deal with weird shit like Red Bull and Super Saiyans existing in the RWBYverse), that certain songs have double meanings (All Your Days is about Jeff and Casey and also about Yang and Ruby, Cold is about Monty and Pyrrha), and that we may have been mislead about who certain songs are about.
