I have yet to play Halo 5. I actually refuse to. I'm somewhat curious as to if they get Cortana back but I don't think it's worth the possible disappointment, especially after Halo 4. Well, those are just the named bros. Most of the ones I named are part of a new post-war government called the Swords of Sanghelios. The SoS are probably the most "good" faction in the Halo universe at the moment, striving for peace, equality, and all that jazz. And it doesn't seem like they oppress their citizens like the other known governments in Halo at the moment.
Then there are other Sangheili that don't agree with the SoS and do their own thing, like Jul 'Mdama's former Covenant, Sali 'Nyon's faction, Luro 'Taralumee's faction, and others. Most of them simply want power for themselves or their group.
