First Guardian hasn't yet been decided- Shai'Hulud was a possibility but has been designated as a player's denizen instead.

If you're a dedicated person who knows how to write, I'm pretty sure we could find room for you! There's some page who didn't get in and won't go away as a ghost from a prior session (though plot regarding that session has yet to be hashed out). If you did a similar dealie you could play an exile/agent/denizen/or something- or just act as a narrator and help people explore their lands.
