Well, when I first encountered BSP (we're talking 2014 here), I knew precious few plushmakers that would do lewd, and the thought of a lewd Tavi of my very own was nothing short of captivating for me. I don't really have a preference between anthro vs non-anthro plushies because to me, both have their pros and cons, and both are equally as fuckable. It just so happened that BSP was specialising in anthro, and as I would be perfectly happy with either, I was totally cool with having an anthro Tavi (and as I later realised, you can dress up anthro plushies much more easily than non-anthro, which is a huge plus for me personally because I find it adds an extra level of fun, cuteness and kinkiness).

You're welcome - and honestly, thank you in return, it's flattering to hear that =) I was legitimately scared of posting pics of Tavi on 4chan (I first started in the /mlp/ plush threads) because I was worried people were gonna tear me a new one, so when people not only enjoyed my pics but asked for more, it was both a relief and warming. So hearing feedback like that makes me genuinely grateful ^_^ It's like I'm getting to share my joy with others =D

I know, right! Untapped market in my opinion. I think because plushophilia has been quite a taboo subject, even among furries, until very recently, so people probably didn't want to risk a foray into that field and losing all their fans (another reason why I jumped at the chance when I found BSP because I figured, who knows how long before I might find another lewd plushmaker!).

I already changed their pattern a little so if you have a proper doll joint, they will rotate at the shoulder joint
I spent the last two days figuring out exactly where on the pattern the breasts will go and making a breast pattern that will (hopefully) look similar to pic related
the pattern I had before had the breast seam on top of the breast and NOT below
so I hope it works when I blow up the pattern later today to fit with my prototype

yes I use cheap fabric
I gotten a whole bolt (25 yards) of white cotton flannel for about 65 bucks for my prototypes, which is what I'm currently using
its a light and easy fabric to use
I don't like to use different types of fabrics/patterned fabrics, it makes it look "ugly" to me (may also be some kind of OCD on my part)
you can always go to a Goodwill or Salvation army to see if they have scraps of fabric, but it's no guarantee they have what you're looking for or in the size you need

Yes, just when it couldn't get any more awkward/cringe: I requested Tavi to have a lactation feature inspired by an older commission. Was worth it just for that reaction. The breasts are removable to allow for this to function and the nipples "lift up" for it to work.
However when I re-make Tavi's nipples, I'm gonna make them detachable via magnets instead. At least, that's the theory.

Short version: her breasts are removable (that's one reason she has a zipper on her side) so that bottles can be put in their place. The teats of the bottles poke out from under the nipples so they can be sucked on.
Goddamnit that was fucking cringe to type out but it is what it is, I guess.
The original plan was that the breast implants would be partly hollowed-out and the bottles would be situated inside them as one whole piece, but unfortunately they started to fall apart when BSP cut into them, so we had to can that idea. Which is a shame because between removing the breasts, inserting the bottles, then removing the bottles and re-installing the breasts - coupled with the unwieldyness of it all (you have to balance her upright while using the setup) - it's a right pain in the posterior, so I hardly ever use it.

That's the one! So with that one, one large bottle goes into a pouch on the back, and tubes go into the plushie and exit out the nipples. It's actually pretty ingenious in my opinion, especially the fact that BSP went to the lengths of putting together an entire tube setup. Thing is, I didn't want Tavi having an unsightly pouch sticking out of her back, so I wanted to innovate on the design. Instead I thought, how could I downsize the design and compartmentalise it? So I decided to go with smaller bottles that can be put *inside* the body, rather than have to be carried outside.
Incidentally, I happened across the owner of that plushie months later - some of their pics are part of what inspired me to get Tavi her latex suit:
You know, to be fair on this plushie and BSP - while you can definitely tell it's one of the "older" plushies, it's still cute in its own way. Just wish the mane was a bit bigger.
