Each season should have about 40-ish episodes, so let's say 42. If we have 4 seasons, that will be 84 episodes, plus the episodes that still need to air for season 2, which is about 20 I think?
All together, that equals 104 episodes that will eventually air. With normal sized hiatuses (unlike the large, frequent ones we've been having) and regular airing, that would probably be about 2 more years of the show if I had to guess. That's not unreasonable and I don't think that would take away from the show at all. Steven bombs may make the show last longer, but that's not necessarily good thing.

Just looked it up, and I made a miscalculation. Season 1 actually had 53 episodes, so if we had 2 more seasons with 53 episodes, plus the 20 or so episodes that need to air from season 2, that would be a total of 126 episodes that may eventually air.
