Well I took up your challenge and watched Episode 1 and it's a very cringey, generic little girl anime.
Main male human character literally acts like a female princess; It's very hard to watch him. Ippu(?) is one of those generic lazy baby female characters who has trouble waking up. I think they modeled her after Akari-chan, the clumsy crybaby type. Also, the Fairy School is literally an exact copy of the Magic Academy from Jewel Pet Tinkle, down to the headmaster.
Not much waifu potential except for this blue fairy has an appealing design.
I would say with my well-educated and autistic opinion that Jewel Pet has more or less the same storyline entertainment (very little), but has 100x more sex appeal.

Yeah, the direct romanization is Kirarisu, but I used Kirarise because I saw that in a product description on an import site. Others seem to use Kirarisu too though alongside romanizations like Luckytama and Melory so I should probably just stick with that.

Known simply as Cocotama, this is an anime about objects that are loved by their owners attaining life spirits. These spirits manifest in the form of a Cocotama, which is essentially a God. When they are first born they are only Gods in training, which is why they wear bloomers. They can perform magic, but it's not very well controlled while they're training.
