Well, here goes nothing. I'm not holding back in the slightest with the shit I'm into, just gonna shoehorn every semi-relevant crazy thing I like into this (even lood stuff) and depending on what you're fine with doing I guess you can go from there.
A lithe, mildly effeminate fennec fox still confused about his sexuality decides to try being with a guy and finds himself oddly attracted to a fat (~250 pounds,) gluttonous, domineering bear. It quickly becomes apparent that the bear dude is into some pretty weird stuff, yet the fennec can't help but be awkwardly aroused by all of it. The biggest thing they participate in is mass binges, with the bear making the fennec get cheap unhealthy food and feed him into a near-coma, getting sweatier, messier, and gassier as the feast goes on. Then after all this, still wheezing from his recent gorging, the bear often sits on the fennec's face and forces him to deal with the worst gas his gastrointestinal tract has to offer.
As time goes on, the bear puts on tons of weight and the fennec gains a good bit as well, though to a much lesser extent since he's generally preoccupied with feeding the bear. During this time the fennec becomes more and more of a hedonist, eventually constantly craving his subservience to the dominant bear and his own urges, and indulges the bear's every desire. In the process he becomes addicted to the bear's musk and gas, and does everything he can to help him be even gassier and sweatier, such as sloshing his belly around to disturb the gas in his belly. In doing so they discover that the bear's belly is surprisingly erogenous, especially around the navel, and bellyfucking ensues which then causes further gas and sweat.

The ending itself would be a 'game over' scenario, where they're both stuck permanently indulging in some hedonistic fantasy; my suggestion (though you don't necessarily have to take it since it would be fun to be surprised by the ending) would be that the bear is being fed by a hose and bellyfucked by a machine like pic related to upset his sloshing gut and disturb more gas, much to the desire of the fennec who wedges inbetween the bear's giant asscheeks and ends up inflating from it.
