From my experience there is a pretty even split of not furry to furry profiles on the site. I personally just like the site as a place to RP as it has some good tools for it with it's chat setup, notes and character profiles. If you make a blank profile with no kinks and set edit the two check boxes on the profile to disable online visibility and allowing of people to bookmark you, you become effectively invisible to randoms.
Giraffe writefag here; I made it to around a thousand words, and I'm looking to add a bit more to that and do some cleanup afterward. Not a whole lot of action in terms of the story so far; I'm just trying to test the waters. Is there a preferred place to post the sample (e.g. Pastebin, FA, whatever else)?

It was my mistake not anticipating all the notes, it kind of blew up on the first day. I'm owning up to the original values because I'm sure a lot of people were passing it around because of those values.
Each update will be +1000 pounds, give or take. At least I didn't say that the weight would be permanent.

So here's a sample of around ~1200 words. It ended up being world-building practice rather than the thread-relevant stuff that would come later. In general, I have a strong technical grasp for writing but maybe not so much the sensory/descriptive side, so this is good practice for me.
