Well, see, sir.. That's the problem. We don't really understand Apex monsters all that much. A Seregios is an Elder Dragon that only rarely shows itself to humans, but when it does, it DOES. Like, it'll take out whole villages. It can shoot its own scales like knives.. Seregios are scary.
There's a monster called a Shagaru Magala, another Elder Dragon. It spreads this... Um, Frenzy. It can infect other monsters with the Frenzy, and if those monsters are infected for long enough, they become Apex. Apparently, Apex monsters become around ten times stronger than they were before, and even learn new ways to hunt.. They're crazy smart, and insanely strong.
Somehow, Kindred Hunter still manages to beat them, though. All by himself!

Seth Rollins here with an update concerning the Tournament Match for a chance to become the new HGF Champion:
- We currently have exactly 30 competitors.
- Those who have entered the tournament yet are required to provide an entry image to me.
- This game will be in the style of an elimination match, a Royal Rumble if you will. Depending on the number of challengers they'll have to survive until a certain placement in the games to be deemed worthy of a title shot.
- And more importantly: Sign-ups are still open.
Since what this championship is all about interaction and defending it for real - instead of just a bonus on the winscreen - fillers won't be accepted, since I don't want the belt to get vacated after 8 days and having to redo a whole tournament to crown a new champ.

Peri was not good at killing either. Untill she saw her mommy get killed by a servant. So Peri killed that servant...Or she thought she did. So she kept killing them untill they were all death ~!
Then Peri got bored and signed up at a local melee tournament. She finished 3rd. Buuuuut she was only 18 years old and already making men doing this for longer than she lived cry and run to their mommies! Lord Xander saw this and he asked Peri to join him as a retainer!

That sounds like a sad story.. I'm really sorry to hear that something like that happened to you, muahaha. When I was littler than I could remember, my parents got killed by monsters, too.. But that's okay, because papa and the rest of the Troverians took me in as one of their own! So, that's how I started blacksmithing!
