I've been actually working on one for a little while now. It's more a of a fantasy type adventure game with human and beast races. Diapers are present, but they're more of a natural part of the world. The setting itself is inspired by Ivalice from FF Tactics and Vagrant Story. I'm still working on a lot of the lore, though.
I'm actually pretty close to finishing, just need to write up the last part of the script and convert it into the actual game format. I've been pretty busy as of late, though, so I hope I can get it out soon.
Need ideas for a diaper fur and carer story.

For the main thread on /aco/ here are the more creative patient files.
I like this one because it's really one of the only defiant ones out there, most of the characters just look scared or indifferent.
This one is the most creative backstory, but that's kinda because I really like humiliation, femdom, and chastity.
This one is kinda messed up because Carotte made him too big, but this has the best gear of all the furry ones.
Also it references some of Carotte's older art with the regression theme of the bondage.

This all just makes me sad because psychiatric "hospitals" like this do still exist and the conditions there are absolutely terrible. It's not a fun place. It's cold and sterile and they can and will seclude and restrain you to "show you who's boss".
When I was there, there wasn't even toilet paper in the bathrooms, for fear that people would clog the toilets with it on purpose. That part didn't affect me though, as I wear diapers.
My situation wasn't much better though - they'd only give me two diapers to go through per day - hospital policy. These places are essentially jails for people with mental differences or disabilities, and they need to be shut down.

I had an absolute mental breakdown and was non-functional as a human being for a very long time. I have several mental disorders. I wasn't on the right medications for any of them.
