Most of the drama I read here is terribly hard to verify or just average diva whining blown out of proportion (in his defense, it really is).
However, that is also exactly the point: he is a diva. You can enjoy what he does and probably even have tons of fun with him, but whenever things are not going his way it's going to be ugly. You don't need any buried chat logs or stories to come to that conclusion, it's enough if you tune in any time he is commentating on the 4chan Cup or rambling on twitter.
1) He can't take a hit. He always banters and shittalks, but the moment someone throws something back at him he tends to step his game up - which is usually quite uncomfortable for the other person because Ken tends to be over the line right off the bat.
2) He is so inscure about himself that he can't get his career in order. He spends more time correcting his public image by deleting songs and organizing his fan art than actually putting stuff out. He tries to be mainstream friendly but at the same time he can't stop throwing out hot opinions. He doesn't know what identity he wants to have, so he just keeps sabotaging himself.
3) He has everything to be a great artist, but he spends his days like a NEET, playing videogames and chatting on the internet. Imagine a brony with the output of Mandopony or even fucking Tombstone would have Ken's qualities. They wouldn't be exclusive to minor conventions and youtube anymore, that's for sure.
3) Girls should be swarming him, no? But instead, he seems to throw himself into the anon crowd and chase unobtainable girls like a fanboy himself by writing songs, which devalues the wit and talent he puts into them. He probably couldn't handle his equal in talent or personality.
