Anyone know anything about renting out empty apartments then filling them up with people? Seems risky, because if I start renting it out then can't fill it up quick I'm paying all the rent myself. I don't even need to the place for 3 or 4 weeks also, but it's such an appealing place it'd probably be gone by then.
Is it possible to say you'll rent out a place in 3 weeks, then pay no rent but advertise for flatmates until those 3 weeks are up?
Also, the specific filling for this apartment that I want is me, a couple willing to share a room, then an individual or another couple; the 3 rooms are nice and large, but the rent will be a bit much if divided between only 3 people.
