Jon and Arin pre-Game Grumps were both good, particularly Arin's animated stuff like Girl-chan in Paradise, and Jon's reviews of obscure games.
Sonic '06 era of Game Grumps was great, or when they played the Mary Kate games.
They both became shittier after they left Game Grumps. Jon jewed out entirely. GG became terrible.

I watched some of the JonTron era videos, and they seemed pretty fun. I prefer the Super Best Friends, though. They're more laid back, comfy, have better chemistry together and most of the humor comes more naturally, compared to GG, which is basically "hey now it's time to be funny, guys". From what I've seen, today GG is comparable to trash like Funhaus, only more podcasty. I guess the only reason to watch them now is if you're a fan of them as people or whatever, and not their commentary quality.

But Funhaus is the embodiment of trash. Clickbait titles, short, "fun packed" videos for ADHD kids who can't watch a proper LP, tired and overused gimmicks, and to top it all, they actually look at fucking porn, censure it, film it, and put it up on their video game channel about video games.
They're not even trying anymore. It's 90% about the webcam and their forced sex jokes, and 10% about the actual games they play, which by the way, is always the same. Even if they play a good game, they still shit on it just for material for the channel, so they don't have to spend another 30 minutes recording because they're lazy fucks who don't give a shit about fans and quality.
Also their podcast is utterly terrible and pointless, and it's only popular because they are.
I used to watch them until about 8-9 months ago when they started playing bad flash games unironically and looking at actual porn. I generally don't care about youtubers making easy money out of doing shit, but Funhaus is ridiculous about it. It's so obvious they don't give a fuck and it's just a job for them, that it hurts.
Sure, you're allowed to like them if you just want to see trashy content, you like their humor style and you just don't care about actual quality, but don't deny they're not vile. They're up there with Markiplier, Pewdiepie, jacksepticeye and all those. GameGrumps is gold compared to them, and I don't even like GG.
I liked table flip until the past maybe 6 episodes. They have sucked.

As an mtf, let me project a lot. I don't agree that he's having a real near-breakdown. However I do agree that his [over]reaction is another sign. This is how I always reacted deliberately and played up how emotional/ uncomfortable that stuff made me.
Either way, his reaction just might be discomfort in doing that stuff for the first time, not necessarily because he expected to look beautiful or is disgusted seeing himself.
