I have real pony hypnosis tracks from /mlp/'s short lived pony hypnosis threads. They are the real deal with trigger words. After listening to some I felt phantom wings on my back and a phantom tail.
Some who listened to them stopped being able to use their fingers for a while as they were suck with them in a fist like they were hooves.
The effect is cumulative, the more you use them the more pony you think you are.

Fluttershy was the first pony hypno. The alpha version was not good for people, it has lines in it to make listing to it addictive.
The original pinkie pie pony hypnosis had trigger words to get into it, but no trigger words out.
Using pony hypnosis often leads to accidental pony tulpas. Many people from the early pony hypnosis irc ended up with them, including myself.
Accidental Tulpas created from pony hypnosis are different than normal types. Usually more advance and may even consider themselves equal or older than the host.
Accidental tulpas one reason I stopped using pony hypnosis even when I loved the effects. If I was scared I could use rainbow dash hypnosis to be more confident. If I need more creativity I could use rarity hypnosis. If I wanted to care more about people vinyl hypnosis.
Fluttershy hypnosis was never useful. And often was the one that caused the most problems.
If you ever get the chance it can be fun talking to people who are under certain pony hypnosis like pinkie pie, applejack, twilight.
No brainer but if someone recorded a part into a hypnosis track you don't want, you pull out your ear buds during that part.
I never believed my hands or feet were hooves because I made sure I didn't hear those parts. So I could be under any of the pony hypnosis as long as I wanted.
