Nope, Google it. PayPal is 2.9%+.30 unless you have a business account and even then it lowers but it's still in the mid 2%. Ebay takes 10% unless you make like $1,500 a month or a hundred or so sales a month. PayPal takes its fee first and ebay bases their fees off the final listing price so it's technically first but they choose to invoice you.
