I'm somehow banned and I have no idea how. I was buying things for well over a year, making, 7000-15000 yen orders every three weeks or so, with biggest orders reaching 30000+ yen. Never late, never had a bigger issue than changing shipping, nothing. Then I noticed in January I kept getting order errors. And since then, despite my attempts at reaching them, I don't get a response.

Whats weird is the orders I've made equal to far less than that, and I've straight up just let orders get cancelled without consequence. I also email back and forth with them all the time to change shipping options and such and they respond quickly every time. Even after I accidentally became past due a couple day's ago they changed my payment option for me via email, although they also warned that they wouldn't do it again for that order. Maybe they just don't like you anon. That seems odd though, sounds like some sort of computer error to me. Strange that they won't respond.

So I just bought the one in Sahra and sent the store a "really sorry, but could you please cancel the order as I found the same item in Sahra.
