Design wise, is there really any difference? Yes, I know, Buttercup has a cowlick and Bubbles' scrunchies (?) are visible. But none of them are drastically redesigned.

I remember them mentioning making the eyes take a larger part of their faces.
But still, I find the new additions distracting but that may just be because of nostalgia for the original and simpler designs.
