>mfw searching ebay years ago I found a listing with a DX Aquarion opened but as good as new with box signed by Kawamori himself that was less expensive than the ones sealed in box
Back then I didn't know about Mandarake, so I still overpaid for it. But hey, signed box by the creator (not like I bought it because I cared about that, at first I wasn't even sure the signature was legit).
As a display piece and from an engineering standpoint it's awesome, but it's not something you want to mess with and change poses/transform often. I'm sure the SRCs are better as an action figures.

I got Solar Aquarion for a bargain (8 freedoms iirc). Fantastic action figure, insane amount of moving parts, but it's also very fiddly. The legs weight too much due to diecast and that made some joints loose.
Overall very pleased. Will watch the show when I find time.
Also, dat MUGEN PUNCH
