This is right. I've got one kicking around somewhere from when I was in gradeschool and this awesome teacher we had gave everybody toys as part of some kind of end-of-year celebration.
I got this guy in a black/bronze color scheme, with a big silver spaceriflegun.
Now that I think about it, I doubt you could get away with handing stuff like this out in a school now adays...
