A mechanical beast whose majesty is matched only by its fellow deep sea marine companions.

>>5735332
why would you be excited about a robot fish, what the hell are you going to do with a robot fish!!!
>>5735431
Pic most probably related.
>>5735431
It'll be a great display piece what are you talking about?
>>5735538
but you can barely pose it and barely have it interact with other figures , its a enemy of gradius isnt it? ..should of done metal slug figures instead
>>5735314
>JSR Beat
fuck I forgot about this....who is making this again?
>>5735588

I just want the Thinker because I regularly go past his big brother
>>5735705
I'm getting Thinker and Vitruvian Man, 2 of my favorite works of art. Bless Figma.
>>5735314
I'm honestly surprised it's Japanese companies doing the polygon nostalgia thing more.
I want to go into a coma until November.

>Penis isn't articulated
What a missed opportunity.
This glorious bastard
>>5735332
I'm excited as hell to see Darius getting some high quality merch, but I'm also disappointed it's a design from Burst and not a classic like Gaiden.
Also, I expect this thing to be fiddly as hell, seeing as all those scales are able to be shed as projectiles ingame.
>>5738868
The scales are attached to the body using figma joints, so I dont think it will be fiddly at all.
>>5736542
aw man. the nendoroid head isn't enough...
>>5738868
is Darius a popular series? never heard of it before and its so strange to be doing a figure like this, any ideas why figma would pick up this series to do a figure for.
Personally I hope the new nier game gets one of those common grunt like robot enemies made a figure, if you've seen it I'm sure you'll agree the design is charming!
>>5735584
>gradius
heh
Because I'm a faggot...
>>5735314
im kinda excited for yami. want to pose him with my cards and pretend my other figures are duel monsters
>>5739217
It's pretty popular. Wish there was more Gradius merch.
>>5739217
>generation z faggot
Geez.
It was one of the most popular shooters way back in the day.
I kinda hated it because of all the stupid fish.
I think Einhander and RayStorm had way better designs and more enjoyable, if a little too easy.
>>5735332
I've never played Darius but I'd fuck that fish
>>5740244
>Gum made me think the game was going with food-themed names
kek
>>5735314
That Beat might've been it, though in all honesty I'd be more excited if it replicated the art style rather than the in-game style. So rather than be really hyped up for it, I'm just moderately excited.
So for now its MP Cheetor, and MP Beast wars in general. Transformers mainly goes back to vehicle/G1 stuff most of the time, so its nice to have something thats a callback to my childhood, done so nicely. It hits the same spot DC collectible's BTAS line does, but Takara makes better toys so thats a bonus.
>>5740244
>like DBZ
>>5740292
Same in regards to the artwork vs in-game model, though rather than hype being reduced to moderate excitement it's more hype being reduced to little to no excitement since he won't look good next to my other figures
>>5740144
>>5740155
Goddamn I'm so jelly of that collection. I'd ask where you bought them from but I know it's useless because they're long sold and second hand prices are brutal everywhere you look.
Though I will definitely have to get a Silver Hawk Legend at some point to go with Mr. Fossil when he comes around.
>>5740146
I want princess action figures too anon. all we get are shitty dolls
>>5740723
The older SGH series can be pretty hard to come by now, yes. But I think you might be able to catch the "reboot" versions seen here:
>>5740144
on eBay or Mandarake for a decent price.
As much as I like my collection, I would not recommend paying scalper prices for them, the quality is just not worth it.

These two are going to be awesome. This ad did the perfect job of making me feel like an excited little kid again.
