This is Kaitlyn from the WWE mattel line (With War Machine's hands on her), that line has some pretty muscular females of varying styles and levels of articulation. She's got a handswap because her original hands were just straight swivel wrists.

that's because actual body builder women tend to lose all body fat(which equals no tits as a result) and produce more testosterone from the workout, if they don't also inject steroids. Then they have to undergo extensive cosmetic surgery to look feminine which means bone work and implants. You really don't see She-Hulk in real life without that surgery.
