It's pretty spot on, I mean as accurate as a 1/12~ scale figure can be.
My only gripe is that she doesn't come with an angry face with a closed mouth, which is one of her main expressions in the show when she's in her attack mode with Senketsu.
I would gladly swap the wide eyed smiling faceplate for pic related.

I watched a few reviews of that Ryuko and while she does look really nice her articulation is really hampered by that fabric they used on her arms and legs, I'd be too scared to bend her elbows and knees for fear of ripping it.

The straps on the front of the collar snaps off easily, but that can be glued back simply enough.
