Jug's head ball joint looks small enough to fit DP's extra head. That can count as a BaF piece.

Quit lying you defensive crybaby. The gummiest figure they ever made was the MCU Ant-Man.
>>
So where can I snag a Wolverine since BBTS is sold out? Also, is it known yet when the Walmart Exclusive Bucky will be dropping?
>>
>>5708710
Wants: Wolverine, Deadpool and MAYBE Cable
Donts: All the rest.

What I hate is that they have cut the baf torso in half to make it harder to build and sell more figures. And Juggernaut is no bigger than rhino and torso was still a one piece, so that's no excuse.
>>
>>5708884
Nowhere, unless you order a whole case. It has already been determined that Wolverine will be the scalped to hell figure of this wave, along with Deadpool.

I only want Deadpool since I don't really care about X men. I kind of want Cable to go with him, but I really dislike that design.

The Venom wave on the other hand, I kind of want most of the figures (Hobgoblin and Electro the least), but I definitely want Spaceknight, so I'm just getting them all.
>>
>>5708884
toywiz is the only place I'm still seeing pre-orders for Wolverine. It's a little pricey though.
>>

I've had good experiences with bbts or dorkside with not getting import charges on ML cases, but I'm not sure if they still have this one in stock. Otherwise I'd say check canucktibles or something

Is there any accessories for the other ones?

Hasbro fucking loves making giant trapezius muscles. It pushed the shoulders too low and ruins a lot of their figures.

Its always been cool to hate deadpool fans. He's been memepool for years now, everyone has been bandwagoning him, the movie just came out, and casuals are mucking up the place. No one is hating classic 90's deadpool, but the memepool bandwagoners have been getting shit on since 2007, not usually on /toy/ cause he doesnt get many, but there ya go.
>>
I just realized my grandparents have a wholesale license...would I be able to get a full set case for wholesale price from somewhere?

I only want Deadpool and Cable. Does that mean I'm 12 too?

I've been wanting an ML update from the old Toybiz figure (which I actually bought on release and still have on me) ever since Hasbro has been upgrading their sculpts. I was going to just settle on the one with the Bullseye mold until this newest one got recently announced.

So take your Waypool policing schtick with you and kindly fuck off.

Mines gotta be Mcfarlane/Campbell Spidey. Regardless of all the hate he gets, he's still my definitive Spider-Man, and I actually like the unique anorexic style and sculpt - something we never get today.

Consider it more as a matter of nostalgia.

Much here grew up buying Toybiz before any other line of toys marvel, and they did a variety of versions of Spiderman, for almost every preference no matter how ridiculous they could be, now that hasbro handles the legends line the veteran consumer is demanding by selected figures for sale, because as prices and quality go in a couple of years all Legends will cost much more than what we want or can afford.

I always thought that the three packs were less profitable, considering it's cheaper than buying three individual figures. Id figure that since for mysterio they'd need an entirely new mold they'd hold off and do it as it's own figure in a wave. Sandman mite be cool and the only new sculpt would be new hands and forearms most likely.

Hasbro just needs upscale about a bunch of 3.75 inch figs.

Hulk from 2012
Jim Lee Cyclops
Silver Centurion Iron Man
War Machine (West Coast Avengers 3 pack)

Probably more, but there's several that would be great as 6 inch
>>

Online retailers are getting full cases, retail stores are likely not getting full cases. Stop going to stores, you're cucking yourself.

So when's the 12 inch line starting up?

Walmart had a pre-order for Spider-man and it's sold out. Target has the Iron Man for pre-order, says it's out in August. Toys R Us has Cap and says July.
>>
>>5712740
I take that back if you actually want the entire case. The margin is awful if you were trying to sell these as a small retailer. It's entirely eaten up by eBay fees, assuming you can get even retail for every figure in the case. And you have to sell 5-10 full cases just to pay for a table at lower end cons.

I'm trying to think of another regular Spidey-lady less "out there" than Spider-Bitch that Hasbro could use with Silk, but not many characters comes to mind.

Spider-Woman III (Mattie Franklin) maybe? She might as well be just as obscure as Spider-Bitch despite having her own series. Plus she had a different costume for damn near each issue.

Black Costume Spider-Girl (MC2)?
Earth X Venom (Mayday Parker with the symbiote)?
Araña before she became 616 Spider-Girl?
Ultimate Black Widow III (Ultimate Spider-Woman)?
Spider-Woman II (Julia Carpenter)?
Arachne (Julia Carpenter)?

Can't think of any one else that aren't from alternate universes.
>>
>>5710996
Since I am currently happy with my Spider-man Classics line Hobgoblin, I'd love to see this new one repainted as Demogoblin. Also, Doppleganger when?

I don't think it helps that the head looks so wide (which is a pretty common problem with Habsro's recent male sculpts) so it ends up stretching his nose bridge more than I'd like.

The figure looks bad unless you pose him. In a static pose like this >>5710651 ...it looks like shit. If you can get it in one of those McFarlane poses it looks 100X's better.

I have both the Pizza Spidey and McF Spidey and overal I think the pizza spidey vastly superior overall but the McF Spidey does have it's charm...especially to 90's kids who read Spidey back then. As an oldfag, I can see why some people still love it.

OP here, the reason why I have him is the same as you. I grew up on 90's Spidey (I also got him for an insanely good price) and I just like the details. The second best Spidey is of course Pizza Spidey but to be he's definitely inferior due to the crappy thigh articulation which could have cinched the top spot.

LOL! Actually I grew up on early 80's Spidey but I did read all of the McF Spidey stuff too. I actually prefer the Larsen/Bags stuff more than McF.

>>5713498
>I also got him for an insanely good price

I paid $5 for mine. I got him when KB Toys went under and they marked down all of their stuff. My store had half of a whole endcap full of them. He was in a special KB case from Toy Biz that was split 80% McF Spidey and 20% of the water spaying one from the same wave. I ended up buying about 10 of the McF Spideys never realizing that they would be so much in demand.

Just got the MS Hulkbuster, what a great value for your buck. Good paint, great articulation, decent size for $22. I wished he had interchangeable hands, but otherwise he's still really good. I know it's not as good as Sentinel one, but I think it can give the hasbro baf and the 350 bucks figuarts with bad hips articulation a run for their money

?????
Aside from the hand poses I'm not really sure what else they could have been done to make it better. Light up action? A pop-up smaller Iron Man head? They stretched the limits of what they could get with the low cost of the figure.

And they just announced MCU Strange, and have the 3 Civil War figures due out in the coming weeks.
>>
>>5713092
This lineup needs more Firestar.
>>
>>5714124
Sandman as a BAF is a monkey paw right there, fella. They'd fuck it up by giving it the entire upper torso and lower half of Absorbing Man. Sandman's amorphic, but nobody would want him that enormous.
>>
>>5714135
He means it's not the Whedonverse memecrap version that all the cool kids and chads know and love.
>>
>>5714165
Dang you're right. I'd just like a good looking, classic Sandman with alternate arms. Marvel Universe let me down big time.
>>
>>5714231
They could do a nice single release if they put it on the Reaper-sized body. Give him sand forearms (he's the type of character that doesn't need to come with a "normal" forearms as well IMO) and a few swappable sand weapon hands, maybe a blasted-apart swappable sand head as well.
>>
>>5714124

I've been asking for a Sandman BAF for years. They could just release him as a standard size BAF but with interchangeable arms w/human arms and sand effect arms and maybe a "sandspout" lower torso like in my pic.

If we can get 2 different Absorbing Man arms in a figure I don't see how Hasbro couldn't do the same with Sandman.

Also Hasbro could reuse most of the parts to make a Hydro-Man BAF in a later wave. If they cast the lower torso in a sand-colored plastic and added in some speckles to the plastic, it would give it a sand look they could get away with giving the sculpt a more water-looking sculpt for Hydro-Man.

>>
>>5714250
Depends what kind of Hulk you are looking for and what you consider to be "a fair price"?

IMO the Marvel Select Avengers Hulk is one if the best Hulks around. It can pass for a classic or MCU Hulk. It's going to cost at least $50. If you want something cheaper than you're probably going to settle for the ML AOU Hulk which you can find for retail cost still.
>>
>>5712744
I hope the 12 inch line ends up with a good assortment of Comic Iron Man suits, since Hot Toys only does the movie ones

It's the same exact base sculpt, with extra details making it look like wet canvas added on.
Oh and arms being completely new.
Head is likely the same sculpt, but i really can't say anymore, without finding mine to compare as the black and white pattern obscrues the sculpt. I seem to remember that tuft going down the top middle being the same, but i can't tell from the pic.
