Bonus jelly: I got all of these at retail. I found Shaak Ti and Jaina Solo at the Times Square TRU when I was on vacation in New York. They had the whole wave but I reasoned the women would be the hardest to find later on. I wish I had at least gotten Jacen too, but oh well.

About a year ago I was at the grocery store and found TWO Jedi Temple Guards, but at the time I was still butthurt about 5POA and left them. That bastard's going for a cool $100 now and I'll probably never get any unless Hasbro reissues it.
I wish I had a CW44 Ahsoka to inspire maximum jellies, but it's the only version of her I don't have. I do have scuba Ahsoka, which I think is the consolation prize for if you can't afford CW44. Her head sculpt is amazing, the rest is pretty meh.
I think Darth Talon's moderately expensive now. I admit, I bought her entirely for the schwing factor. I got T'ra Saa out of a loose figure bin at the comic shop for like $4. I didn't know who she was other than a unique looking Jedi, and I guess the guys at the shop didn't know who she was either or else they would have priced her accordingly. Those do anything for you?

Here are some of my 3.75 SW 'displays'.
Bought the whole legacy EU wave in my country in a BOGO promotion for about the equivalent of $5 USD each. Was lucky to have gotten most of these when they went for retail price in stores or cheaper in flea markets.
I admit that I might've paid a little more for the later Vintage Collection figures though. Preordered the whole wave online which means +shipping costs but that's not too bad.
