No, seriously, where the fuck does it turn? The front and back wheels are connected straight to eachother with no apparent point where either can twist. The entire 'bar' of one side with a front and back wheel would have to tilt inwards in order to steer in a direction, and unless the other side was entirely halted it would have a terrible turning circle which has to be impractical for battle maneuvering, and if one side was entirely halted it'd be frequently changing from high speed to low speeds and trying to deal with tank-like steering.

Yeah that's expensive for a collector, but it's also expensive for them, especially since they also have to design a completely new Trypticon as well.
