They're only offered to be bought through a lottery system during WF I believe. I'm going bt rough memory but Wond got his through buying WF Johnathan who gets you a ticket into the lottery at the event. Wond got the winning call but you still need to pay for it but I forgot the exact cost though it isn't cheap. That's how he got the Crystal The World, not to mention how rare they are to begin with so good luck on that hunt next to the high end cost to buy one post-event.
The clear variants are a similar case and only a certain number are made like the swarvoski SAS's.
Only Wond, Baldy, and a guy named Krillen have posted theirs but obtaining them is usually a story within itself if you weren't there. Also I think another anon but he didn't namefag.
In a nutshell, shit is super limited in supply and sellers recognize the status they hold as collector items for the line hence the high cost.
Though someone did make the point you might as well get actual Swarvoski crystals and make your own crystal SAS and possibly pay less.
Wond got his Clear Killer Queen or Clear The World through a friend if I remember right. Baldy just has a lot of spending money for figures.

Yeah but I had a discussion with Wond questioning the actual number of Clear Killer Queen. Seems to be a little more out in the wild of various collectors than what the initial numbers were said when they were shown off.
Plus nowadays it seems far easier to obtain Clear The World than what I expected. Definitely low in number but not as bad as I thought so it makes SAS endgame collecting a little more easier.

If you're on Android I've been messing around with one just called Photo Editor and an apk from Sony for my toy photos. You can pretty much adjust the size and manage the file size on the Sony app but Photo Editor is a little more automatic if I crop the image correctly. Still comparing the quality difference.
Also the Sony app acts as a built-in editor to the gallery app of your choosing instead of a separate app to choose from on your phone.

It should come with Awakened Dio 2nd, I believe a book guide of SAS's released at that time, and a dvd for the Road Roller Papercraft but the actual paper craft is sold separately.

Mandy? That's my usual source of them but the price varies. There was a big batch of them for about 6k with multiple soundplates but lower than $30 is dependent on what's there. Other than that you can just grab a Black Dio or Jotaro 3rd for the punch effects and multi-hole base.

Part 3 Jotaro/Dio are undersized SAS nowadays, garbage proportions and aged sculpt.
If you still like them, go ahead. Their articulation is fine. Just be sure to grab part 2/1.5 Jotaro, or 3 if you somehow like the green.

I have Part 5 Chariot (still need to pick up Chariot 2nd myself), so I've got no frame of reference.
He feels very mobile, but the lack of legs/feet is likely a problem to some people. I also find that the round plates of his armor (at the hips) fall off very easily. For general posing purposes, I would assume that Chariot 2nd is preferred.
Regardless, Part 5 Chariot comes with very nice accessories and a sick alt head. So I think he's worth getting, but preferably for ~2000 yen or less.
