When it comes down to it, while there's other hypotheticals that'd probably result in a better toy, this one has seniority on them all for me; a Masterpiece Dinobot. It'd be a hard engineering feat to pull off well, but I don't mind any leeway; the CGI model is practically impossible to nail on a transforming figure. But I've been wanting something close since I was 5.
Runner up would be a Soul of Chogokin Zyuranger Ultimate Daizyujin(MMPR Ultrazord) set. This would be #1 up until a few years ago, but Bandai has burned me out a little on MMPR.
