I happen to know a few places to get toy hats.
Looking for the ol' gent look? Try some of these.

Maybe something more modern. then? The game pieces from Cranium: Deluxe Edition have some nice head toppers.

Here's a gentleman trying one of those on for size.

And you can always search for the crazy variety of hats the WWE figures come with.

if you do some further cutting andd hollowing of the insides, some playmobil hats might fit things like figma and shinki. I haven'tt felt like trying it out myself yet.
Sadly for Neca stuff, especially those christmas figures.

If I'd have to hollow it out to fit a figma then it still wouldn't work in this guy.
Where the brim would sit on his head is almost two inches across.

dont know what happened to make me stop mid sentence but
>sadly for neca stuff, especialy those christmas figures, I doubt you would get any thing more then a amusingly small hat
However if you want to make his boater hat, that would be easy peasy to craft from plaplate now that i think about it.

I was hoping I could find something. I assumed from the beginning I would probably have to make it.
Thanks for helping.
