Sparks from Toy Story 3 is pretty cool. The most accurate would be the 8in Thinkway toy where he has poseable extendable claw arms and a light up feature when you roll him or push his head down

If you're an old fart and tin robots is your thing China makes decent ones for ok prices. Don't even bother trying to get a vintage one, scalpers will ask you for a mortgage as payment

But if you're willing to try more modern stuff you could give gunpla a try, so much variety, great prices, playability and most of them are easy to build

And then there's Power Ranger robots, complete bricks but really durable. Prices can vary but it's easy to get good bang for your buck, some of the bigger ones can go for really low prices.
There's too many lines and types to mention but those come to mind
