Fuck I would be all over those in a heart beat. Ever since I first saw the opening to Doom 64 as a kid I've wanted to recreate a diorama of a bunch of Doomarines getting BTFO by the forces of hell.
Man, if I could design a Doom toy line.
Do a simple recolor of the doomguy, do 2 packs.
Green doom guy, chainsaw, pistol, medpack, metal grate stand
Vs
IMP, fireball and pentagram stand
Blue doomguy, plasma riffle, pistol, chaingun, soul sphere, stone stand for figure and sphere
Vs
Zombieman, riffle, change out damage parts, corpse stand
Red doomguy, rocket launcher, bfg, double barrel, backpack, red martian soil stand
Vs
Demon with demon corpse stand
And of course, one of the classic tactics was to make a baron of hell and cacodemon fight. Maybe give it a hell temple looking stand to float the cacodemon with.
Make a deluxe cyber demon with an exclusive battle damaged doomguy like the doom 2 cover.

heck maybe do some of id's other games in later waves as well(Wolfenstein, Heretic, Hexen, and Quake 1 & 2), or even other early FPS games from other companies(Duke Nukem 3D, Unreal, and Shadow Warrior all especially come to mind) if the licensing can be handled
