I doubt that. The game color is something I would see Medicos would do for a standard 1st release. The really odd color choices they went for that bothers me is just WF Jolyne and King Crimson Blue ver. since they opted to change the original colors from the artwork he's referenced from.

Regular Dio for the accessory count.
Awakened Dio is okay and it's nice the 1st version comes packed with his "Wryyyyy!" soundplate.
In terms of color options Regular Dio wins just for the bright red WF edition which regularly goes for 5k. Also Black Dio, even with the dodgy chance you get a bad one, you still get the yellow punch effects.
Awakened Dio 2nd comes packed with his own soundplate but only for the Road Roller papercraft.

My personal take on Ajin is he's probably one of my best to pose SAS due to the long limbs giving him a really solid range of motion throughout.
He has a single jointed shoulder which is decent but the long limbs and double jointed arms benefits him greatly. No bicep swivel though.
SAS's and him included has this rotating piece that connects to the leg and allows to leg to rotate pretty well. Double jointed legs and toe jointed feet with a bit of side to side swivel.
Decent ab crunch but not much in the way of backward movement.
Lots of hands but one set is dedicated to the other Ajin in the series which I think you're expected to get another one if you want both to fight but for such a solid figure with this amount of articulation I don't mind so much.
Only comes with that one pistol and a gun holding hand but it has a nice amount of detail to it with some sort of white tape around the handle. I sort of wish I can figure out the best scale guns to outfit him with but the only one I managed to work with is a PAK LMG I had sitting around.
Plus he's pretty damn tall if you're a collector of school girl Figmas.
I haven't read the manga but as a standalone figure he's worth getting either as a monster display for that open mouth head or just to pose randomly in any position.

Same. I don't find pegholes terribly ugly in a sculpt. I DO find big translucent claws around a figure's waist very ugly though. And I hate the way the claws work too, they're just not secure. With a pegholed figure on a stand, I can pick up the stand and move the figure without fear of the figure falling off or the pose getting fucked up. Not so with the claw.

he's huge,but he doesnt feel like a different scale from my other figures, given its nature, he just feels very tall
he's simple yet very detailed, posability is very good
he quite lacks in accessories, has three heads, a pistol, and a ton of hands that are almost the same, th difference being half have five fingers, the others have six..l understand being close to the source, but honestly l think it was unnecessary, fingers aside the hands are hydentical
the stand is big and long, but he's too heavy, so you can't have any jump or fly poses

As little as a year ago releases and announcements were like clockwork. Once a month for new stuff, with a couple of reissues peppered in throughout the year.
This year though medicos has really dropped the ball. We get announcements for new stuff once every three or so months, two months if we are lucky.

They aren't announced in batches, just one by one. Last one was Whitesnake announced last month for June release.
Before that though it was the Tokyo Ghoul guy announced all the way back last year in November for release in May. That's basically a hiatus of 4 months between announcements.

I just think they are having financial hardships. The cost of oil forcing them to raise prices, and customers not as eager to drop money on more expensive figures. Plus there's rumours that Di Molto Bene are going through a rough patch.
Larger companies such as Bandai are able to shoulder the costs a little more. Hell even MF/GSC, while not massive, has so many figures in pies right now they are able to sustain their business despite the price inflations. Medicos on the other hand is much smaller. It's probably having a hard time keeping in the black at the moment.
This is all speculation mind you. I think they are just slowing down and trying to make easier money off of resissues at the moment.
Their capital as a company seems to be alright though, at around 700,000 dollars.
What's baffling is GSC state their capital is only like, 30,000 dollars according to their website, which makes no sense.

I want to be realistic and expect a Josuke 3rd release at some random color combination from an artwork. Jotaro 3rd pulled a 3rd colorway with a pretty solid accessory to boot.
Koichi isn't too far off though seeing Kakiyoin managed to get a "2nd" release during the Part 3 anime airtime.
But at the same time I fully expect a Okuyasu 2nd to be put into consideration also.
Anything can happen but Medicos has both obvious and surprise options for Part 4 recolors and reissues.

But yeah, they obviously have time the recent rereleases of Josuke, Part 4 Jotaro, etc with the anime, so rereleaes/recolors of more characters wouldn't be too unlikely.
Just my preference, but I just prefer the anime colors for the SAS. I even made sure to get the Wonfes Joseph since it was the anime colors version.

What SBR characters are we realistically gonna see get the SAS treatment? considering the lackluster treatment the first two parts have gotten in number of figures compared to part 5 which has an astronomical amount.
Johnny, Gyro and the president are obviously getting made, but what about Wekapipo, Sandman or Hot Pants? They are peripheral characters like Foo Fighters, who didn't make the cut.

I did. Last update was "left usps facility" in New Jersey in August. Never arrived.
Mandarake was dragging their asses getting anything settled between japanpost and usps so I filed a paypal claim and got my refund.
Way I see it, it's not my fault the mail lost it, and paypal offers buyer protection. If Mandarake gets a response from the claim they can keep the insurance money.
If the figures magically appear a year later I'll contact them and make it right, but I wasn't about to just shrug and go oh well for $150.

There's a hold in the back you connect with an inverse L shaped piece that fits into the base.

There's a peghole on the back and usually there's a supplied "L" arm to attach it to.
Depending on your display and/or if you have a multi-hole base this a bit annoying if you plan to use it with the accompanying SAS it's supposed to work with. Otherwise you may need to have a spare base with a hole to display it on the side. Just a little side warning.

I have a speech bubble so I know how they work, but I don't have/know what stand piece I need that has a hole to connect via peg for the sfx that has the pegs outside, rather than holes.
I bought a SAS and the seller included one of these sfx that has the peg outside. Guess I'll just buy some spare Tamashii stands and use them.

I threw together a quick photo (it's shit), though it's only relevant for peghole effect parts.
For peghole parts, you can use the L-shaped arm (left) like the other anons mentioned, or you can use the standard arm (right). The L-arm fits more snugly into the effect part's peghole, while the standard arm is a bit longer (but I believe the effect part fits sturdily enough).
For (outer) peg parts, I assume a spare/multi-hole SAS pedestal or the Tamashii stands are the way to go.

Hot Pants is a 50/50 chance but since FF didn't make the cut I'm afraid it'll be the same with her. Wekapipo is as likely as, say, Hazamada or the Highway Star guy being made. Sandman is literally a villain of the week, there's no way we'll see him. Scary Monsters Diego, Johnny, Gyro, Valentine with D4C and maybe a set of all Tusks like the Echoes one with act 2 and 3 are the almost a given.

A lot of us expected last winter Wonfest to be the showing but all we got in terms of JJBA related SAS's was the new Rohan and White Snake I believe. Only Araki related figure outside of that was Baoh while the rest was Tokyo Ghoul and Drifters.
Someone mentioned it was just an announcement news and not a guaranteed showing of the figure. I'm just holding hope that we would see a Gyro prototype at the next major event but I have a distinct feeling Kaneki would be the next major showing for Medicos.
Then again I find it odd he has been unpainted for some time now while his promo shots already gives us an idea what his final coloring would be.
As for a timeline I'm not sure nowadays. All we have to ride on for Gyro and also Johnny is text announcements.

It's better to be realistic and then get surprised later down the line if they ever do a 2nd or WF release of a figure. Valentine is too easy to get the neutral and yelling face treatment but the sort of accessories he'll come with will be worth watching out for. I'm just looking forward to D4C's long ears extending the plastic tray when he gets announced and released.

Well, yeah, the anime is done by Studio Pierrot, hacks it into pieces, turns it into Bleach with tentacles and effectively neuters the second part of the story.
